After retiring from my career as a division 1 college swimmer, I fell in love with helping others reach their goals through training. I love educating athletes and others on the impact training has not only for improved sports performance, but for their overall health and well-being throughout life.

ATHLETES
As a former NCAA athlete, current coach, and master's student in human performance, I know how to train in order to get to the next level. I will create a program based on your sport, level, and desired performance improvements.

If you're new to training, recovering from an injury, or are under 14, you have specific needs in the gym. Let me guide you through any specific areas of concern in the gym, and start seeing results (while also learning to enjoy your workouts).
